• Payment data. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see your full card number.
• Messages you send through the forms on the site.
• Newsletter subscription: your email address, if you sign up.

Why we use your data and on what basis

• Providing our services (bookings, codes, sessions on Google Meet) — our contract with you.
• Accounting (payment records) — a legal obligation.
• Newsletter and site analytics — your consent.
• Replying to your messages and questions — our legitimate interest.

Who we share data with

Your data is handled only by the service providers we need to run the site and the sessions:

• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector (USA) — website, forms, booking calendar and emails. Data is transferred to the USA under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Stripe — card payments.
• Google — Google Meet and Google Calendar for the sessions.

How long we keep data

• Booking and payment records — as long as accounting law requires.
• Newsletter subscription — until you unsubscribe.
• Messages from forms — up to 2 years.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data;
• ask us to correct or delete it;
• ask us to restrict how we use it;
• object to its use;
• receive your data and pass it on to another provider;
• withdraw your consent at any time, for example by unsubscribing from the newsletter.
