These terms apply when you order and pay for services on aurawellnessflow.com. By placing an order, you accept them.

Who provides the services

The services are provided by Aurimas Savickas, Aura Wellness Flow, Kaunas, Lithuania ("we").

Services and prices

All classes and consultations take place online via Google Meet. You pay the price shown on the Classes & prices page at the time you place your order.

Payment

You pay in advance by card. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Monthly subscription

Memberships and monthly plans are valid for 30 days and renew automatically every month.

You can cancel at any time — just email info@aurawellnessflow.com. Once cancelled, your subscription does not renew and you are not charged again.

Session codes

After your purchase, you receive a personal code by email. Depending on your plan, it gives you 4, 8 or 12 sessions, or an unlimited number. The code is valid for 30 days. Sessions not used within that time do not carry over to the next period.

You enter the code when you book a session in the calendar on our site.

Cancelling and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before it starts, using the link in your confirmation email. A cancelled session goes back to your code automatically; if you paid by card, we refund you.

If you cancel when less than 24 hours are left before the start, the session counts as held.

If a group class doesn't fill

A group class runs when at least 4 people book. If fewer do, Aurimas cancels the class. The session then goes back to your code, or, if you paid by card, we refund you.

14-day right of withdrawal

When you buy online, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of your order without giving a reason. Just email us at info@aurawellnessflow.com.

If, at your request, we started providing the service earlier (for example, you have already attended a session), you pay only for the part already provided, and we refund the rest.

We refund you within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method you used.

Complaints and disputes

Send complaints and feedback to info@aurawellnessflow.com. We reply within 14 days.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can contact the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority — vvtat.lt.

Health

Yoga classes, training, nutrition plans and coaching are not medical treatment and do not replace it. If you have health conditions or injuries, consult a doctor before you start.

Tell Aurimas about any health limitations in advance — this is your responsibility.
