Vinyasa yoga online
A dynamic practice where movement follows the breath

What is vinyasa yoga?
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic style of yoga in which poses are linked into a continuous flow and every transition is done on an inhale or an exhale. The Sanskrit word "vinyasa" means "to place in a special way". Vinyasa yoga builds strength, stamina and coordination, so it suits people who already have a yoga foundation.
- For: people with a yoga foundation
- Group: Thursday 18:30, Saturday 10:00 (depending on the group), 4–8 people
- Length: 60 min
- Pace: dynamic, a different sequence every time
- Price: €12 in a group, €55 private
- Language: Lithuanian; private also English
- Teacher: Aurimas Savickas
Why does slow yoga start to feel like not enough?
- 01You already know the basic poses, but in class you want more movement and more of a sweat.
- 02You exercise, but you lack mobility and keep putting stretching off "for later".
- 03You've tried vinyasa from a video, but you can't keep up and don't know whether your transitions are right.
- 04After work your head is still full of thoughts – you want movement that clears them.
In a fast flow mistakes repeat even more often than in a slow practice: the shoulders drop in transitions, the lower back sags, the breath is held. Without a teacher they go unnoticed.
A live vinyasa class lets you move faster but safely – because someone sees how you move.
Vinyasa yoga: movement, breath and flow
In vinyasa yoga poses aren't held for long – they're linked into a smooth flow. That makes the class more dynamic than hatha and more strengthening.
My vinyasa classes rest on four principles:
Imagine: on Thursday after work you move in a smooth flow for 60 minutes, warm up, and by the end of the class your head is calm and clear.

The breath leads the movement
Every transition is on an inhale or an exhale. The breath sets the pace, not the clock.
A different flow every time
The sequence changes every time, so your body gets a varied load and the class never gets boring.
Difficulty to suit the group
I match the difficulty of the flow to whoever is there – and show everyone an easier version.
Safe transitions
I pay most attention to transitions – that's where the shoulders usually drop or the lower back sags.

Book a classHow does a 60-minute vinyasa yoga class work?
Settling in and breathing
We start calmly: we focus and set up the breathing that will lead the whole flow.
Warm-up – sun salutations
Rounds of sun salutations warm up the whole body and set the rhythm of the class.
The main flow
Standing poses, balance and smooth transitions. I watch how you move and correct you.
Relaxation and meditation
Stretching on the mat, shavasana and a short meditation – your body recovers after the flow.
All classes take place live on Google Meet, not as recordings. A camera is required – that's how I see how you move and can correct you.
Practising vinyasa safely
- Yoga is not medical treatment and does not replace a doctor or physiotherapist.
- Vinyasa is more dynamic than hatha, so if you're pregnant or have high blood pressure, a heart condition, or a wrist, shoulder or back injury, talk to your doctor before you start.
- Mention any health conditions in your booking message – I'll suggest suitable versions. You don't need to tell the whole group.
- If the pace is too fast, you can rest in child's pose at any time and rejoin the flow later. If something hurts, you feel dizzy or short of breath – stop and tell me.

“Professional yoga and fitness trainer. Workouts are effective and balanced. He explains exercises clearly, motivates and shares useful healthy nutrition tips. Great atmosphere and tangible results. Recommended!”
“Aurimas is a great coach who really cares about you and tries his best to achieve results together with you!”
“We started out with bodyweight moves and gradually worked our way up to free weights, which was a really smooth progression. He's super knowledgeable about posture and technique, and he even helped me get my nutrition on track with some solid advice. What I appreciated most was how he built a schedule that actually worked with my lifestyle rather than just giving me a generic plan.”

Vinyasa yoga: what to know
What does the word "vinyasa" mean?
The Sanskrit word "vinyasa" is translated as "to place in a special way". In yoga it means linking movement and breath: each pose is done on an inhale or exhale, and the poses are arranged so they flow smoothly into one another. That's why vinyasa yoga is also called "flow" yoga.
Questions about vinyasa yoga
Partly. If you've never done yoga, I recommend starting with hatha – that's where you learn the basic poses. If you exercise and move well, you can come to vinyasa straight away: I'll show you easier versions.
A group vinyasa class is €12, or from €8.75 per class with a membership. A private class is €55, or €50 (4 classes) or €45 (8 classes) per class with a monthly plan.
On Thursdays at 18:30 Lithuanian time, live on Google Meet. On Saturday at 10:00 the class is hatha or vinyasa, depending on the group.
The pace. In hatha yoga poses are held longer; in vinyasa yoga they change with every inhale or exhale and are linked into a flow. Vinyasa is more dynamic and more strengthening.
Yes, usually. A flow without long pauses warms the body, so have a towel, water and a non-slip mat ready.
Yes. I see the whole group and pause the flow when I need to show a safe transition. In a group of up to 8, everyone gets enough attention.
Yes, and I recommend it. A membership covers all group classes: Tuesday hatha gives calm and precision, Thursday vinyasa gives energy. A membership for 8 classes is €70 a month.
With care. Vinyasa involves a lot of weight on the hands, so with wrist, shoulder or back injuries talk to your doctor first and choose a private class, where I'll adapt the flow to you.
The Thursday group is in Lithuanian, and the Saturday class can also be in English if participants wish. Private vinyasa classes are in Lithuanian or English.
No. A membership or monthly plan runs for 30 days and renews monthly – you can cancel at any time. If you cancel at least 24 hours ahead, we move your class.
