Sound familiar?

Why does yoga at home so often fall away?

  • 01You follow yoga videos, but no one tells you whether your pose is right.
  • 02The yoga studio is far away, and its timetable doesn't fit your working day.
  • 03You don't know which yoga style to start with and worry you're not flexible enough.
  • 04After work the tension stays in your shoulders and back, and you can't relax.

While nothing changes, the same mistakes in your poses repeat every week. Money spent on an unused app or a rarely visited yoga studio goes to waste, and the wish to practise fades before a habit forms.

It's not you – it's the format: a recording can't see you, and you can't always make it to the studio. A live yoga class from home solves both.

How a class works

How a live online yoga class works: 4 parts in 60 minutes

You practise at home while I teach live on Google Meet. I see how you move and correct you straight away – with verbal cues and demonstrations. If a pose is too hard for now, I offer an easier variation.

How a class flows:

Unlike a yoga video, you ask during the class and get the answer straight away. My approach is consistency, not pressure.

Picture this: on Tuesday at 18:30 you roll out your mat at home, and an hour later you know your poses were right – without travelling anywhere.

Styles

Hatha, vinyasa or ashtanga yoga: which style suits you

All three styles build on the same poses and breathing but differ in pace and intensity. If in doubt, start with hatha.

Hatha yoga

Private and group (Tuesdays) · beginners and returners

A calm practice: poses are held longer, with close attention to breathing and correct alignment. You have time to feel each movement, build strength and improve flexibility. If you've never done yoga, start with hatha.

Vinyasa yoga

Private and group (Thursdays) · some experience

Dynamic yoga in which movement follows the breath and poses flow smoothly into one another. It suits you if you want more movement and a sweat and already have the basics. The sequence changes every time, and I match the difficulty to the group.

Ashtanga yoga

Private · advanced

Ashtanga (Sanskrit: aṣṭāṅga) means "eight limbs of yoga". It is a dynamic, structured practice: every movement is linked to an inhale or exhale, so it takes more strength and stamina. Ashtanga is for advanced students, so I teach it privately only – we adapt the sequence to your level.

Before you start

Practising safely

  • Yoga isn't medical treatment and doesn't replace your doctor or physiotherapist.
  • If you're pregnant, have had a recent injury or surgery, or have high blood pressure, a heart condition, glaucoma, epilepsy, osteoporosis or another long-term condition, please check with your doctor before you start.
  • Mention any health condition, injury or pregnancy in your booking message – I'll suggest variations that suit you. In a group, there's no need to mention it in front of others.
  • A stretch should be felt, never painful. If you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath, stop and let me know; if the symptoms don't settle, seek medical help.
  • If in doubt, choose the easier variation.
Is it right for you?

“Professional yoga and fitness trainer. Workouts are effective and balanced. He explains exercises clearly, motivates and shares useful healthy nutrition tips. Great atmosphere and tangible results. Recommended!”

Vilma M. · translated from LithuanianClient

“We started out with bodyweight moves and gradually worked our way up to free weights, which was a really smooth progression. He's super knowledgeable about posture and technique, and he even helped me get my nutrition on track with some solid advice. What I appreciated most was how he built a schedule that actually worked with my lifestyle rather than just giving me a generic plan.”

Kursad A.Client

“Aurimas is a great coach who really cares about you and tries his best to achieve results together with you!”

Online yoga classes: what to know before you choose

What is yoga and how does it help?

Yoga is a practice that combines body poses (asanas), breathing (pranayama) and focused attention. Regular yoga improves flexibility and mobility, strengthens the deep muscles, helps you keep good posture and reduces tension. Consistency matters most: twice a week does more than an occasional long session.

Frequently asked questions about online yoga classes

Yes – when the class is live and the teacher sees you. What matters is not the place but whether someone corrects you and whether you practise regularly. On camera I see how you move and correct you straight away, and with no travelling it's easier to come every week.

A single group class is €12. Memberships: 4 classes a month – €40, 8 classes – €70, unlimited (3 times a week) – €110. A private class is €55; a monthly plan is €200 (4 classes) or €360 (8 classes). Paid in advance, no commitment.

Hatha yoga. Poses are held longer, the pace is calm and the set of poses stays the same, so you learn it within a few weeks. Once the poses feel familiar, you can add vinyasa on Thursdays.

No. Flexibility is a result of yoga, not a condition for starting. Every pose has an easier version, and props (a book, a strap, a cushion) help when mobility is limited.

Many people feel calmer and breathe more easily after the first class. Changes in flexibility and ease in the poses usually show after 4–6 weeks of practising twice a week.

From 4 to 8. A group runs when at least 4 people sign up, and I don't take more than 8 so that I can see and correct everyone.

Yes. The camera is required, because it's the only way I can see how you move and correct you. Place your phone or computer so the whole mat is visible. Only I, as the teacher, see participants' video, and classes are not recorded.

If you cancel at least 24 hours ahead, we move the class to another time within the same 30-day period. A membership or monthly plan runs for 30 days and renews monthly – you can cancel at any time.

Group classes are in Lithuanian, and the Saturday class can also be in English if participants wish. Private classes are in Lithuanian or English. At the moment all sessions take place online, on Google Meet. We plan in-person sessions in Kaunas in the future – if that interests you, get in touch and we'll let you know.

Often yes, but talk to your doctor first. Mention your pregnancy or injury in your booking message – I'll suggest safe versions of the poses or advise you to choose a private class. Yoga is not medical treatment and does not replace a doctor or physiotherapist.

Yes. The "Fitness and yoga" packages combine yoga with a training plan or health coaching – from €95 a month, less than separately. You can also add the nutrition add-on to coaching or a package for €30 a month.
